post any farming spots you have with a suggested build for that area

Area: Outside Umbral Grotto (Verdant Cassades) Hard Mode
Build: Any as long as you bring a self heal (or hero) [i personally take dunkoro with me as its better healing]

What i use

Guide:

Go into Verdant Cassades from Umbral Grotto and speak to the Norn who offers you a race (forgot the name but its something like leadfoot) and let him run off, this will set the wurms in the area as hostile allowing you to farm them. follow the blips to the wurms and kill both groups, they will not burrow into the ground or move which makes them very easy to farm quickly (approx 4 mins for both boh groups)

What i do is first of all have dunkoro cast mending, watchful spirit and life bond on me, then run into the wurms (having dunkoro stay back a bit) and start to build up adrenaline before using "For Great Justice!" and spamming Dragon Slash untill the worm is dead, i then repeat this on the next wurm and so on

you can make between 300g and 5,000g each run (depends on how lucky you are) most i made was around 4.5k in one run

this is also a really good way of farming survivor points/leveling pets as the wurms give about 300+ experience each and there are 10 of them i have heard that they can give as much as 10,000 experience (overall) with scrolls

what a good idea

i got told the best way to farm deldrimor points in hard mode is...

secret lair of the snowmen

depending on the run you can generate 800-2000 points (random bonuses are always the killer lol)

only problem youll have to do it a fair few times to get from rank 8 to rank 10 (its 80k worth of points)

if anyone else has a good idea please feel free to share Smile

yeah i farmed that place nonstop till got got rank 5 lol, then i went and did the farm i put above, also i found an easier way to farm those worms with a ranger

just keep reapplying the conditions whenever you can the worms go down very quick, this take quite alot of energy (10+10+15) to cast all 3 so i suggest you take a +energy weapon and have the asura title active (for the edification energy bonus) to help if you are a non caster such as a warrior

Also if u do secret lair of the snowmen don't take too many ele's because if u kill toomany at the same time they don't all register as kills,i just take 1 ele and a barrage ranger,that usually does the trick. Smile

p.s make sure u take at least 5 lockpicks usually get 4 or 5 chests.
